Partnership proposal

A proposal from Silent Nexus Holdings, prepared for DearDoc leadership, October 2026

DearDoc already reaches 1,000+ clinics and 100,000+ patients

1,000+

Clinics

100,000+

Patients

A practice growth and patient engagement platform: AI chat, automated reviews, online scheduling, websites.

That reach is the asset. How much more value can it carry?

The opportunity

Clinic spend happens outside the platform today

Spend already exists

Clinics already pay for specialty products, wellness testing, advertising, and payment processing.

DearDoc sees none of it

DearDoc earns none of that revenue, and each outside vendor pulls clinic attention away.

Bring it inside

Bringing these services inside DearDoc turns existing clinic spend into new platform revenue.

Three winners

DearDoc

Residual revenue on every partner service, deeper retention, a stronger valuation story.

Clinics

New revenue lines and non-public pricing, with nothing to build.

Patients

More of their care in one place they already trust.

Silent Nexus is the single connecting point

One partner, one set of terms, a network of established specialist operators.

The network rolls out in three waves

Wave 1 · Launch first

  • Peptide fulfillment via licensed 503A/503B pharmacies
  • Genetic wellness testing with personalized supplements
  • Direct-to-consumer genetic testing for DearDoc patients

Wave 2 · Next

  • CTV advertising
  • Payments and patient financing
  • Reporting, financial visibility, and creative

Later wave

  • Telemedicine for DearDoc's patients

01

Wave 1: peptides and genetic testing

Peptides

$2,000

A year per clinic for DearDoc, conservatively

Clinics order through the network. Licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies fulfill. Silent Nexus never handles product. Clinics set their own patient pricing.

Patients reorder monthly. Also: pharmacogenomics and GLP-1 genetics, all 50 states.

Nothing to build

CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab ships kits and returns reports. Direct API, co-branded SSO portal, or website widget; HIPAA aligned with a signed BAA.

Who earns

DearDoc: 10% of gross supplement sales; no per-test commission, per anti-kickback rules. Clinics: 20% of supplement sales, plus wholesale test resale margin where state law permits.

02

Wave 2: advertising, payments, reporting

CTV advertising earns DearDoc $3,000 a year per clinic at the low end

  • Streaming TV ads built for clinics, at rates most advertisers can't get even buying direct, via major DSP relationships
  • Premium audience data; self-serve or full service, including creative, or clinics upload their own
  • Brand campaigns fit any clinic; medicine advertising follows LegitScript certification, exceptions reviewed case by case

Larger clinics spend $100,000+ a month, putting DearDoc at $2,500 a month from one clinic.
